Worrying: A True Waste Of Energy
A while back, it had been shared with me that there are three things that are truly a waste of our time & energy: Worry, Fear and Anger. Think about how often you go to any of these emotions. It’s human nature to do so but it’s probably in our best interest to move away from these feelings as quickly as possible.
Recognizing when we’ve entered the cycle of Worry, Fear, or Anger is the first step to reclaiming our energy and redirecting our focus. By consciously choosing to shift our mindset, we open ourselves up to more productive and positive outcomes, allowing space for growth and solutions rather than remaining stuck in these emotions. Taking a moment to pause and reflect on our perspective can make all the difference. This helps us to respond rather than react and ultimately leads us toward a more balanced and empowered approach to life’s challenges.
“Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it gets you nowhere.” – Glenn Turner
