NEW DAY, NEW YEAR (CHANGE IS ALWAYS FROM WITHIN)
A new year has begun. A great deal of pressure is placed on this big change. People expect changes to happen in their lives, expect new opportunities and perhaps a redefined hope that may be generally hard to find.
A date in the calendar alone isn’t going to bring any magnificent changes on its own. The marking of time is a human activity. We have devised a formula for indicating a day, a week, a month and in turn, a year.
While animals and plants adapt and react to the changes in temperature and seasons, there is no evidence that they mark time as we do, let alone plan out their lives long-term over time either.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun to celebrate the holidays with family and friends and ring in a new year with all it can bring… but what it brings is truly up to us. Setting resolutions is not a bad thing if we understand that like setting goals at any time in our business or personal lives, it takes hard work, definitive action steps to bring the results that we desire.
Alone, 2025 will not bring anything to you. What will change in your life will be based on what you design that is realistic. Then, the actions you take day by day, week by week to achieve these very goals are crucial. Only then will you see the outcomes you desire. The potential for this change is already within you. Work it! Make it happen! And if you can’t do it alone or want support, consider aligning yourself with a trusted partner.
Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2025!
“You can have a clean slate each day you wake up. You have a chance every single morning to make that change and be the person you want to be. You just have to decide to do it. Decide today’s the day. Say it; this is going to be my day.” – Brendon Burchard
MORNING STRETCH
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY – 8 TO 8:30 A.M. AND 8:30 TO 9 A.M.

There are two, half-hour stretch segments. It’s an excellent way to work all the different parts of the body while improving your balance, coordination and strength. It uses your own resistance as we strive for total body toning and fitness. Each class is a cross between tai chi, yoga and Pilates. This is a great class to achieve a full stretch.
You can come to one session or both, depending on what works for you. Come and join us!
